Fusarium mycotoxins
Important fungal mycotoxin contaminants of various food products. Include zearalenone, diacetoxyscirpenol, T-2 toxin, neosolaniol monoacetate, deoxynivalenol, nivalenol, fumonisin B1, fumonisin B2, moniliformin, fusarenon-X, HT-2 tioxin and beta-zearalenol.
